SUMMERVILLE

North Charleston
North Charleston is known as the transportation and business center for the lower half of South Carolina. Located directly across the Cooper River from downtown Charleston, Mt. Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island communities and beaches are accessed through Mt. Pleasant.

JAMES ISLAND
James Island is a beautiful and unique island nestled among the waters of the Charleston Harbor and the Stono and Folly Rivers. Offering some of the most affordable living in the Charleston area, James Island is primarily a residential community with a small-town, rural feel. James Island is also the gateway to Folly Beach, a local favorite.

CHARLESTON PENINSULA
Considered the 'cultural capital of the South' by many, downtown Charleston is beautifully preserved. Johns island
Located west of James Island, Johns Island is has a proud rural tradition and holds the title of the largest island in the state of South Carolina. The island has seen some growth in the recent years and is home to many new developments and attractions, most famously Angel Oak.

Seabrook Island
Located to the west of Kiawah Island, Seabrook is home to two world-class golf courses, equestrian paths, and amazing private dining.

KIAWAH Island
Located to the south of Johns Island, Kiawah Island is a private, gated community hailed as one of the premier golf destinations on the East Coast featuring seven award-winning golf courses.

sullivan's island
Located to the south of Mount Pleasant, this barrier island enjoys beautiful views of Charleston Harbor and Fort Sumter from it's long gently slopping beach. Population 1,791.

isle of palms
Located just north of Sullivan's Island and convenient to Mount Pleasant, the Isle of Palms is bordered by the Altantic Ocean to the south and the Intracoastal Waterway to the north.
